One Direction Admit New Album ‘Take Me Home’ Is ‘Way Better’ Than Debut
One Direction have admitted that their sophomore album Take Me Home is ‘way better’ than their debut album Up All Night.
The boy band who released a video for their latest single Live While We’re Young last week, have gone for more of a rockier sound and have said that they hope that their second album will put them on the music map.
Newspaper The Sun quoted Niall Horan to say: “It’s a million miles away from our old album.
“It’s a bit more of a live-sounding album. The drums are a bit harder.”
He added: “When you make a second album, I think the thing to do is outdo your first one and personally I think we’ve done that. It’s way better.”
The boy band will release the new album Take Me Home on November 12 and November 13 for the US.
MTV’s 2012 Video Music Awards
Last night was one of MTV’s biggest nights. Yes, the 2012 VMA’s. With so much going on this year in the world of music, it was one of the most looked forward to television moments of the summer.
MTV has changed quite a bit throughout the years and it’s quite rare to find some actual “Music Television” going on with the media network but last night did not disappoint. From Miley’s new cut, Wiz Khalifa and his better half Amber Rose announcing that they will be expecting a baby in the future, and the return of Green Day, the night was ready to rock.
Rhianna started the show with a bang. Coming out to her song “Cockiness” while on a golden cobra throne really set the mood with a usual Rhianna swagger. After a dance number she soon transitioned into her hit “We Found Love”…

I haven’t been on for a while sorry school is just taking up most of time.
